Imagine a world without the zipper, the cogwheel, or the wrench… not to mention ABBA, IKEA, Spotify or Skype... What would the world be without Sweden?
We are born with punctuality. We will do whatever it takes to be there on time. Getting cut off in a snow storm will not prevent us from showing up on time and we will make sure we bring some home baked cinnamon rolls.
You do good, you get good. It’s that simple. Swedes believe that what goes around comes around.
Sweden is one of the top five most gender equal countries in the world. This might be one reason why we are so cooperative. We know the benefits you get out of it.
Swedes have curious minds. We are always on the lookout for new trends. A Swede will know what’s going on around the world.
We effectively assess everything that needs to be done; we don’t sit around for small talk. We will make sure we know what to do and then do it.
You could say that the Swede is the ultimate chameleon; we adapt to new cultures and environments seamlessly. We look after minorities and support them and believe that diversity and success go hand in hand.
We always value everyone’s opinion in a decision making process and we are firm believers that everyone has a voice.
Swedes have a history of being reliable . You can always trust a Swede – we even have a saying for it: You can trust me in “vått” and “torrt”.
Once we were all vikings... what more do I have to say?
I recently moved to Auckland, New Zealand. I like to work in environments that value innovation and creativity. I love being a part of change and progress, where leadership is built on clear goals, great communication, team work and respect. I have a curious mind and a hungry heart that keeps me exploring and learning new things all the time.
I hold over five years experience in Marketing, Communication and Project Management. My hands-on experience of political lobbying, event planning, branding, social media, and PR-strategies have prepared me for the variety of challenges that may come my way. I am passionate about what I do, and face each new project with enthusiasm.
Always with a smile on my face.
